I would give it 3 or discharges and fully charged before you make up your mind.

What do you consider moderate usage? Terms like that are subjective, so it can be difficult to communicate real performance.

13 hrs 20 mins and still at 37% with 2 30mins plus calls, live wallpapers and constantly using the phone wile reading forums to check features on phone.

This thing is beauty and the beast all rolled into one.

That sounds about right. I get about 3 and 1/2 hrs before it goes dead with heavy usage. My Photon got it beat as it gets about 4 hrs. Let's hope the Epic Touch will get better with time.

I would definitely give it a few days and a few complete charge/discharge cycles. If it doesn't get better, take it to a Sprint store (I'd go to a Sprint Corporate store.. always get better service there). On my Nexus S 4G, it came with a bad battery... the sprint store tested it and swapped it with a new one on the spot.
