My tablet is a few weeks old and has not had any issues until today. After I took it off the charger, the battery was dead within about 5 minutes and the tablet turned itself off. When I charge it, it only takes a few minutes to be back to 100%. I have tried one of the battery calibration apps but it doesn't seem to help.
    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hi mate.

I would be inclined to think that it is either a faulty battery or charger that is at fault here.

Even with everything turned on ie Full brightness, notifications, WiFi, Bluetooth and the most power hungry apps, the tablet should still manage a hell of a lot more time than that.

Have you tried charging the tablet up using just the supplied cable and connecting to a PC.

You might want to do a factory reset from the system setting options to see if it cures the ill.
