Help Battery Drainage

I've had my phone on for less than an hour, yet I'm down to 77% on my battery. It was plugged in all night and I had data turned off. When I turned the phone on and data on, my battery went from 100 to 96 within 3 minutes. Now, I'm at 76% and all I've done was to respond to a couple Google+ threads, a couple threads here, and checked out CNN. I havnt done any you tube, music or any type of video. And since I started this thread, I've lost 2% of battery.
Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

BTW, my screen brightness is at 13%.

I'm at almost 3 days usage on a charge and I am just getting close to 50%. I expect I'll be around 5 days at least on this charge.

I had juice defender, but since I rarely use gps or wifi (they're off all the time) I uninstalled it just yesterday. I am on a non-rooted phone.
It just bothers me that I lost so much juice in that short amount of time. I have around about 100 or so apps installed.

With the 100 apps you've downloaded, one possibility is you may have malicious apps running in the background. But if you've been diligent with your downloads then disregard my comment.
