Battery level

    Can anyone suggest me a nice app to see the battery level?

    Yeah good golly there are dozens of battery apps out there. Having tried 5-6 of them they are all almost the same and give the same readings. I uninstalled all but Battery Status Pro

    HTC have their own one. I use it and think it's great.

    If you are rooted, check out the smooth-sense mod. Basically puts the battery percentage overlayed on the battery icon.

    Thanks people, I've installed one which add a icon in the left upper corner which is not the best, but works.

    By the way gabbot...how can I get rooted and how smooth-sense mod can be setup?

    Which give you actual percentages instead of just 100, 90, 80, etc. ?
    For instances, 87% or 93%

    Another vote for Battery Left. It displays % in increments of 1.

    As far as rooting, there are some guides on here and at xda that should help out.

    Edit: I should also mention, that you would probably need a phone running sense for the mod to work.

    Thanks again. Finally I've installed Battery Left.

    I was cheking wath rooting means here gabbott and looks good. But I have the phone for one day so, I'm afraid to do some mess.:thinking:

    By the way, and sorry for ask again...if I upgrade first to Froyo, can I root the phone after or there is no link between them?
