i read a lot that htc batteries are not the best. does anyone know if htc has an battery that can last longer? i usually have my phone charging while at work thru the pc. but a night w/o charging will drop my battery to less than 50%. i need a battery that can last much longer that the one included with the device. is there any by htc or aftermarket?

I have a 1900mah one from Anker that I like. I got it from eBay for like $11.

ChiChi tech sent me 2-1900 mAmp batteries and a wall charger for the batteries, for $38. I have been using them for a month now and find about a 30% increase of user time. Check Amazon for the items.

I also got these batteries (1900mAh), and the nice thing that I liked about the wall charger is that it can charge one battery in the charger and also the one in the phone at the same time.

An example is a recent weekend ski trip I just got back from, and we had 3 of the same Sensation 4g... anyway. This is the way that our use turned out.
    Myself - (2) ChiChi tech (1900)------------lasted 9am-1pm
    friend 1 - extended battery (1900)----------lasted 9am-12pm
    friend 3 - standard battery (1400)-----------lasted 9am-11am

The nice thing is while they were waiting to get back to the lodge to recharge I just swapped batteries and kept using the phone, for pictures and videos listening to music as well. It was very handy it is to have a fully charged second battery at hand for a quick swap.

I ordered them awhile back then i first got the sensation and paid $29, I usually do not recommend accessories but this one is an added benefit to the phone.

I did test the chichi tech batteries I got via Amazon (see my previous post) and they are 1900 mA and fit perfectly. But you can not get a batt temp reading.

I'm using the same battery with no issues. The firmware update to 2.3.4 got my better battery times than the increased battery though.
