Battery loading app (threshold)

Hey there,

is there any app to start loading battery just when it drops below a certain percentage. Assuming my phone has a battery of 22% at night and I want to go sleep, but I want to optimize battery lifetime and thus would like to start loading when it drops below 10%, I would have to get up at night. Would be nice, if an app could manage this automatically
