Help Battery not Charging properly ?

when i charge my phone with the stock htc charger it takes hours and hours to go up only 10-15%. i left phone over night from 60 % and woke up it was only 80% but when i hook up phone to my hp touchpad charger it charges in no time at all. i was wondering whats going on. im rooted, s-on running vanilla mobster rom vs 1.4 . i also noticed that it will charge to 99% and then remain there for a long time.

Your htc charger is defective, ask for another one if your phone is still covered by a warranty.

one time i bought an htc phone off ebay, the charger was some kind of generic china made charger it would take 24 hours to fully charge

Probably going to be quicker and easier to go through Virgin. :thumbup:
