Ok getting fed up with continual battery problems and can't seem to get to the bottom. What's the best accurate battery app I can use. Taken these screenshots with Bluetooth showing stupidly high, although it was only on for 20mins while I drove home and is turned on and off with Tasker.

Best bit my wife mentioned to me yesterday, got the same phone and was showing 32% by the evening and was worried. When I checked her SOT she had 3hrs, I had 50% with 50mins SOT.

I'm running with all location off, use Nine for work emails and that's set to manual sync. Tried wiping cache partition, have reset in the past. Use Facebook but also tried other Facebook's apps and find no difference.

Lags back as well, tend to find myself restarting at about 60%. Lost 4% just typing this. I do tend to keep my phone on my wireless charger in the office which Accubattery was telling me to disconnect today. Not sure if that is harming it

The device is old. Lithium cells have a finite charge and life cycle.
Could be that one or more cells in your battery pack has failed, so when the phone gets to a certain power threshold where those cells are faulty, this could be the cure of your battery concerns.

Ive seen lithium batteries (Anton Bauer) in my line of work act unreliably and misbehave.

Factory resetting and installing an app /BT service one at a time will be a sure fire way of determining if its a rogue app or faulty hardware....

Even better on the Bluetooth today. One thing I have noticed is that the screen is bright when I wake and then it dims back. Remember a post a while back saying it was caused by location history but that's all turned off. I've now turned off adaptive brightness and slide right to the bottom

Most N6s are nearing three years old. Their batteries are nearing end of life. If this is your situation, get the battery replaced. I did that a couple of months ago. It cost about $70 and took a couple hours at uBREAKiFIX. I feel like I have a new phone now.

I got the April security patch Wednesday and since installing it, I have had serious battery issues. I am getting an average of 4-4.5 hours of usage. While my device is six months behind in security patches and running 7.0 I am watching my kids tablet get Android ,7.1.1

Yesterday I went to UbreakIfix and ordered a new battery. Some days with regular to moderate use I am squeezing out an amazing 6 hrs sometimes 6 and half. Other times I am getting 2-4 hrs. There are times when I take my battery off the charger at 100% and in about an hour I am 35%. Once it drops past 35% , it's done. With in ten minutes it hits 20%, a few minutes later it's at 15% and powers off. The repair will take about a week and two hours. I had to order the battery which will take about five days to get here. Which puts it in the store around Monday. My kids go to school Monday and Tuesday so for emergency reasons I can't afford to be without my phone. So I have to wait till Wednesday when my wife is to go and get the actual repair done.
The technician asked me how I heard about the store? I told him I came across it in AndroidForums. Which he thought was pretty cool

So this is an update on my Nexus 6 battery problems. I got a call from UbreakIfix this afternoon informing me my battery had come in. They actually discovered one at a second location. Apparently someone order a replacement battery about a month ago and decided to upgrade to a new phone. The battery has been setting on a self. So I drop my phone off around 1:30 Pacific time and was told to come back at 2:45. I came back around 4pm after picking the son up and was informed that my power button had broken during the repair process and one of the technicians had to go back to the other location for the power button. Apparently the other store is the original location for UbreakIfix in Las Vegas and they have a collection of various Nexus 4,5,6 6P, and 5X parts along with a bunch of others. So I was told of the problem and was advised I wouldn't be charged because the damage occurred during the repair. Because of the delay I was given a 10% discount. So all together my total cost was $73.00

Houston we have a problem. So last night I took my phone off the charger at 11:55. I checked the battery level at various times. Around 3 am I was around at 68%. By 5am I was at 53%. So I was pretty please. With my old battery my phone would have been needing a charge. I checked it 7:30 I am down to 18 %. A 35% decrease in roughly 2.5 hours. I was getting the kids ready for school and sat my phone down on the kitchen counter. I go to check the time about ten minutes later my phone is off. I figured I couldn't have lost power that quickly. I try the power button, nothing
I tried charging it and after using multiple chargers over roughly four hours my phone is still off. It will show the battery symbol for five seconds and go dark. So my phone is back at UbreakIfix.
