Battery Stats - Pale "Phone Signal" ??

Yesterday I noticed a slow down in network speeds, then later looking at the Battery status below, I noticed the "Phone Signal" bar had turned from Yellow to a pale olive colour - and it remains so all today. Does anyone know what the significance of this status colour is. Is it just coincidence that data seemed to slow down at a similar time, even though the phone still displays 3G/H/H+? Is it 2G vs 3G or something? Very curious??

About 6 days later it has gone back the other way.... Surely someone knows what the significance of the colour change is on the phone signal display means?

hmm the color refers to the signal strength.. green is very good.. yellow is normal, i think.. not sure wat the other color is.. generally im on yellow, all the time.. but i had a day when it was fully green too.. did u notice any trouble with ur phone signal during that time?

Hmm thanks for that - I will look out for the green colour sometimes. Maybe pale yellow means weak. But I move around a lot more than this would suggest. Anyway thanks..
