Help Battery Upgrade, Launcher Obsolete Warnings

Hi, long time reader here. I've started getting random warning popup alerts about battery upgrades, launcher obsolete, etc. I'm sure something suspicious has found its way in to my Note 3. I haven't opened any of them. AVG finds nothing. I took a screenshot to see if I can tell where they are coming from. Looks like QQMars and southpop. Is there a trick or way to stop them? My phone will also open play store app or something completely oposite of where I'm going occasionally. Thanks for any advise any of you might have!

Same problem website always opens for southpop.com and play store randomly

I've had the same issue for quite a while now with southpop and play store but recently my phone has also started crashing. AVG picks up nothing.
