Just for your information. I installed a 3rd party Battery App. Can't remember which one. But after the install I could no longer use Battery Data Usage. Uninstalled 2 battery apps - removed the battery overnight - rebooted and all of a sudden I am able to see which apps are using my battery. I was ready to do a factory reset which would have been not much fun. All is working now. Just thought I'd throw this at you all for your information.
