Anyone have any experience with apps that are huge battery drains? Thought it might be a good idea to list ones we know as huge drains so we know what to avoid in apps.

So far I've found Pandora to be a horrible drain. I'll lose between 5-7% battery in 15 minutes when Pandora is running

I removed Beautiful Widgets last week because of all the failures of the clock and the weather to update.
I'm seeing significantly more battery remaining. Perhaps 20% higher by the same time each day (with nearly identical use).

Is this on 3G or wifi?

I'm seeing better battery life after removing SystemInfo widget.

SportsTap default settings for updates will kill faster than anything.

Almost any apps designed to update on a regular basis will drain the battery. If the update time is set short then it will be even worse.

BTW, thanks for making vampires a bad thing. :p

So, you wont be first in line for the upcoming "Twilight" spoof movie, "Vampires Suck"?

If you have you root, Wireless Tether will suck down your battery like no other. Your using both wireless, and 3g and really heats it up.
