1.) How old is the phone?
2.) Have you checked the device and
charger to see if the male and female connective elements are damaged or wore?
3.) Have you power cycle your device and tried charging it again.
4.) If the battery is removable have you taking it out for 30 seconds and replacing it and try charging it again?
5.) If none of the above plays a factor in the battery not charging and by chance it is removable you may need a brand new battery.
6.) Also it wouldn't hurt to take it to an authorized service dealer for your device so they can take a look at it first hand.
