Dose anyone know how to listen BBC radio on the HTC hero?
I've tried sykfire browser and dolphin. It says opening video then after 10 seconds it says can't be played.
Please help with this if anyone knows.

    Thanks

Since scottish and proud has answered your question perfectly. You have no option other than vote that answer as correct. And best.I do hope that you are not one of those 'b'ankers who asks a question and leaves it to voters.

Thanks for pointing out that I have an answer, but I don't know how to find Scottish and proud's post. Give me a hint as to where it is. Sorry if its obvious - I'm new to this.
    Thanks

You could try myPlayer in the Android Market. It's an unofficial iPlayer client and it's free.

If you go to the actual radio station site instead of the Iplayer site you can click listen live.Works for me on 5live.

    Thanks for the above info.
I dont have myplayer availble on my android market - I assume firmware version 1.5 has less apps availble. I'm trying all the radio apps to see if any work withe the BBC. XFM app works well with a long list of inderpendent UK stations.

Going direct to the BBC site BBC Mobile | Radio & Music | Streaming Radio works on my pc but not on phone - it trys to load as video then fails with message 'can not play video unable to connect to server' as most of the apps do.
Anyone know how to find IP address from thoes links?

Also tried Yourmuze.FM with out success.

Will post when I find a working solution.

Has your hero not updated to 2.1 now?

Well that's odd because I can find it on my G2 Touch and it's still running v1.5. I downloaded it from the Market after reading this thread a few days ago. Searching for 'myplayer' finds it straight away.

BBC Browwscast lets you listen live. I'm assuming that you're in the UK, not 100% sure it'll work from elsewhere, I know some content is geographically restricted.
