Before upgrading to Froyo 2.2 ???

What should I do before upgrading to Froyo 2.2 ??? Will I lose anything?

I just downloaded it without giving a second thought. Everything still seems to be on my Evo and as far as I can tell everything works fine as well. I wouldn't worry about doing anything before you download and install Froyo.
