Just got the SGT 10.1 a couple days ago and felt it definitely needed a case. I didn't want a case to take away the main reason why I got this thing, but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg either (or wait too long).

There are not many options out there, but my local BB carried a couple of Belkins. One was called the Verve and other the Slim, both Folio Stand cases. The Verve looked more professional with its smooth black leather, but $10 more and a bit more bulky due to the firm angles. The Slim is two-tone charcoal and blue soft leather that hugs the tablet snugly, priced at $50. I got the latter.

(7/21 FULL DISCLOSURE: I have since moved on to a rooCase for even slimmer profile, but it didn't have the soft leather feel like the Belkin which I liked. I liked the Belkin, so did my wife who would have been just as happy staying with it, unlike a couple of members below it fit tightly with no play at all. The rooCase was cheaper, and I like how the sides of the tab are exposed. It has harder front/back cover so no worries tossing the tab in bag/pack with other things. See Post #9 below.)

The Slim wraps itself tightly around the tablet where I have no fear of it accidentally sliding out. I can set it up with quite a few different viewing angles by flip folding the cover. It has all the right slots, with an extra one on the left side. Belkin must have worked from an early blueprint (or they future proofed it, in case Samsung comes out with a SD-slot version?)

The one negative point is the 30-pin port is not accessible with the cover closed over the screen. So the cover has to be flipped open for access to port for charging (and used).

Here are a few pics to show form and at different angles, not the greatest, but hopefully should give you a good idea:

Notice the black elastic band that can be used to hold the front and back together tighter when closed.

Notice the extra slot under the left side speaker.

Notice I can slide it back to get a steeper viewing angle.

Flip the cover all the way open and around for another option.

That's an OK case, but doesn't offer much screen protection and the stitched sides adds extra width and length. You should check out the OEM bookcase cover. It's awesome and nearly unbreakable. I bought one directly from Samsung Galaxy Tab? 10.1 Book Cover Case | Samsung Mobile

I have the same case, its an okay case does the "protection" job. However some things I dislike are:

*can't charge with cover closed (as case with most cases available)
*occasionally need to push tab back into place as it can slide from time to time
    *spandex band closure

Considering returning this for the OEM, but undecided. This case at least protects the edges from bumps as looks like the OEM does not really as it looks open. With the OEM on sale right now, I'm debating wanting to be without a case for about a week.

mine fits with no slide at all, especially with the fold around the bottom charge port flap that tucks under. I rarely use the band closure and agree about can't charge with it closed.

I took this case back to Best Buy. I thought it was pretty flimsy.

I have the slim Belkin case as well...

I love how little bulk it adds to the tablet, and the many possible angles for using the tablet. Also like the soft leather look... very nice!

But I too dislike having to open case for charging, and having to remove the tablet (which is in pretty tight) in order to use the keyboard dock.

I have this case and I dislike it... Uncomfortable and the tab keeps sliding out and needs constant readjustment. I can't even return it because I'm overseas and I return right after the 30 day return period for BB. Very disappointed...

Price for the Belkins seem high to me for what they are.

I was thinking the same when I saw it at the VzW store. So I decided to order the OEM case instead. And I am glad that I waited for the OEM case. It is far superior that the Belkin case. The Belkin case looks cheap in my humble opinion.
