A bit of a snide reply to a new user considering how long you've been on here yourself. I've only just joined myself and have found everyone to be very helpful and enjoyed a bit of banter.

    Suppose there is always one...

Wifinder (better UI for locating & connecting to hotspots, hate the way this is handled by default)
Colornote (notepad with some cool features)
Mixzing (mp3 player with nice UI & recomendations)

But I use the browser a hell of alot more than I did on an iPhone 3G. In fact even if Andriod didn't have any 3rd party apps it would still be awesome. And HTC have put a beautiful veneer on top of it with Sense.

Tough question. Assuming that things like the browser, email, text etc don't count then I would say
Newsroom - my entertainment on my commute each day
aCurrency - incredibly useful if you travel a lot
c:geo - has allowed me to do the odd bit of impulse geocaching when I don't have my OS GPS, or haven't loaded it with caches

Reserve is Scrabble - for those moments following my gf around while she clothes shops :)

  18. Tweetcaster, being a bit of a Twiiter junkie
    Astrid task list
BeyondPod - so easy for downloading podcasts compared to my old N95 8GB
