I'm looking to take myself from postpaid to prepaid as I think there's a lot more flexibility and options with these pay by the minute or month plans. The lineup of android phones are slowly starting to creep in and I was wanting to know which is the best one out there that's available for prepaid for any carrier. I want to explore all the options.

My personal preference is that it has a full keyboard and wifi.

There is the Samsung Intercept for Virgin Mobile. It has a keyboard.

I think tmobile has the best android prepaid options but virgin mobile has a few as well.

As far as the phones options, look what prep aids you can get that have a keyboard and we'll help you pick the best one.

You can buy any T-mobile Android phone and use Simple Mobile service. Simple is MNVO of T-Mobile.

I use there 60.00 unlimited on a Mytouch 3g and wouldn't use anything else. I switched from IPhone.

BTW Simple has 4g service in some areas, no extra charge on unlimited plan. Just my 0.02

As always with these types of threads, you need to qualify what you mean by "best". Keyboard and WiFi doesn't really narrow it down enough.

Also, no device will work on all carriers. Select your carrier first and specify it as well.
