Help Best app for wifi tethering?

For a rooted x10MP, what's the best for wifi tethering? the phone will be using 3G/edge, and I want it to provide wifi internet connection to the laptop.

You could try PDAnet or Easy tether, however I am not sure if they provided Wifi hotspot functions.

Thanks. AFAIK, PDAnet provides usb tethering, not wifi.
