Best Battery usage app?

What is the best app for finding out which apps or processes are using the most battery or cpu cycles?
Seems that since the 3rd day into having ICS .12 RUU installed, battery life has been going down the tubes. I still have the same apps and widgets installed as before when I was on the .10 leak but something seems to be eating battery and the battery info doesn't really tell me much detail. I've already done a factory reset and that doesn't seem to help.

Any suggestions?

I use BetterBatteryStats (there is a free version on xda-developers) and SystemPanelLite (free, the paid version lets you monitor CPU, memory and battery usage over time)
