I bought the Best Buy Geek Squad Black Tie Protection and was informed by the employee there that it was a 2-year replacement plan. From what I'm reading in the brochure, it's a replacement after 4 repairs. Still in doubt, I asked them and on the receipt, it says 'GSBTP-R', and in the employee's defense, said that the R represented 'replacement' as opposed to 'service'. I'm feeling uncertain about this because they can backfire me when I need to use the insurance that the 'R' can be signified as 'repair'. Did anyone else buy into the Best Buy Geek Squad Black Tie Protection for and was told the same thing? Has anyone bought this plan for other Best Buy products and received replacements? EDIT: I also asked her about logistics and she said I can bring it to the store and get a replacement same day.
