Simple question with a (hopefully) simple answer. What are the best clock/weather widgets? Preferably one for both but if there are two separate widgets that are AMAZING I'm willing to go for that.

    Thanks!

I use separate weather and clock widgets. The reason is that most of the weather/clock combo widgets I have seen take up too much space for my liking.

I use the WeatherEye widget for weather. It is small and compact as it is only 2x1. It also has hourly forecasts as well as radar maps that show the forecast of precipitation in the area for the next couple of hours.

I use one of the HTC Sense clock widgets as I have an HTC phone. I like the analogue face that is only 2x2. If you do not have an HTC phone, you will normally not have access to this particular widget or set of widgets.

Ah yes I forgot to mention that! I'm currently running cyanogen mod and the one thing I've missed since I rooted was the clock widget so I would LOVE something just as pretty.

I'll check out that weather app now, thanks!

I've been using Beautiful Widgets for almost a year now. That works well for me.

beyond factory overlays (sense, motoblur, touchwiz ect) Beautiful Widgets is my favorite. Lots of skins for clock and weather. all sorts of clocks and widgets as well (and real weather conditions live wallpaper).

I just remembered I got Fancy Widgets from the amazon free app of the day a while back and I've been messing with that. So far, it looks great! But I can't help but feel as if it's killing my battery. With my old clock/weather widget "Maps" was never open in the running processes but now it along with "Fancy Widgets" is always running in the background.

Maybe I'm just crazy and that doesn't affect my battery much if at all?

Downloaded Beautiful Widgets yesterday. I like it. I was using HD Widgets before, which is also very nice, but there's not nearly as much customization as BW.

Be Weather Pro with an added Beautiful Widgets Skin. The same look as BW on the outside, but much better weather info on the inside.

    +1 for BeWeather!
Looks great and is nice for weather geeks. The developer is top notch for responding to questions too.

HTC Sense widgets are the best Clock/weather widgets.
Beautiful Widgets is the best one for non HTC users.
