Best E-Ink Android Device

    I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so it ended up here.

    I'm considering getting and Android based E-Reader. What I really want is one that has an E-Ink Screen and good community support in hacking. That way, I could get access to the market and all of the various book stores.

    I'm not really sure what is out there and what's supported. The Nook Simple Touch is the only device I'm familiar with, but it doesn't seem to have any support based on the local forum. Any recomendations?

    The Sony PRS-T1 reader has been hacked to run Android:

    Some others have too, but I think you might be better off having a low-end e-reader, and a regular Android tablet. They really have a lot of differences, so finding one device that will replace both is difficult.

    The Nook is very well supported.
