Best News App?

What is your favorite news app and what d you like about it?
I have heard good things about such apps as flipboard, pulse, news republic, rapture, and many more.
BTW I am using a nexus 7

For me, it's Flipboard. I like how you can choose specific websites, or aggregate feeds based on topics. I also like the page flipping gimmick, though I think more sites need to support that. Oddly enough, I also pair it with Pocket, which I use for sites that I *really* want to read as I am assured that I won't miss anything by what goes into it. With Flipboard, I use that more for browsing vs Pocket which I use for subscribing.

I use flip board and it is awesome, it can gather information from anywhere including twitter, Google plus ...

I was the opposite of this poster. I tried both Flipboard and Pulse and I like Flipboard better. Pulse was very good though. I just like the flipping pages feel better - it just seems natural on my phone (RAZR MAXX HD).

The times of India app is good.... but I still prefer the pre- installed android news app called "News and weather". Gives me the news topic wise as per my choice and what I would like to read. It gives the headlines and clicking on the app will take you to the full news page.
