Best PAYG package for Internet access in the UK

    Hi, I will be visiting the UK in April and would like to use my Hero whilst over there, predominantly for Internet access, can anyone recommend the best value PAYG package, I have seen previously that T-Mobile have a package for 7 days unlimited access for [FONT=&quot]

    THree - payg
    top up 10 pounds
    and for the next 90 days get:
    Freee 3-3 calls, FREE INTERNET, UNLIMITED TEXTS....but u do have to pay out of the 10.00 credit for landlines and calls to other networks

    OR
    T-mobile
    30 day contract 10 pounds per month
    100 mins
    100 texts
    unlimited internet

    Wow, thanks for all your help, esp antipesto93 who has gone beyond the call of duty :) I will be coming over for 3 weeks, looks like I will be spoilt for choice with respect to any of the service providers and so cheap! Internet access in SA costs me

    wow cool, btw if you are going to a remote place, three is not the best choice

    i went to the usa once, and there was no such thing as pay as you go - everything was contract only ....scary

    When you top-up on the 3 network (any amount, even 5GBP) you'll be given 150mb of data for free with a 90 day expiry date. 3UK have been voted best value PAYG set-up by an independant pricing company (purepricing) for the last 7 months :cool:

    [edit] if 150mb is not enough there is an option for "unlimited" internet (1GB fair use policy) for
