Do a search for RCP ringtones. They're the best I've ever come across. They have both ringtones and notifications.

+2 for zedge. My friend said she wanted a very specific sound from the movie Inception. I pulled out my phone, typed in "Inception" and played the second file it gave me and BAM...done. Bluetoothed it and all was good. Zedge is the best.

The problem with zedge is that you can't find cool, experimental and business-like sounds. RCP has 3 downloads in Market, and you can buy all in MP3 format from their website. If you like music for your ringtones, there's nothing better than zedge. But, if you like non-music ringtones, there's nothing better than RCP.
