Best tablet choice - must support video chat.

Hi,

I new here and pretty new to Android and tablets.
I have a WPDN I rooted and I use it mostly to read with.
My real reasons to change are 2:
I really want a bigger screen.
I REALLY want to be able to video chat with my 2 daughters (at the OTC).

I have read a few discussions but there is so much info such as,
this app doesn't work well on that unit etc. - it's hard to digest it all.

So I am asking you guys who have really checked the various units out.
What is the best bang for my buck? (Cost important - 3 kids in college).

Any other tips you have feel free to chime it
EG - "wait for the next version of ____" etc.

The ASUS Transformer is your best bet at the moment. Unfortunately like the iPad 2 it's very popular and constantly sold out.

If I bought a Tablet right now it'd be the Transformer, Xoom, or the GT10.1. Nice devices =)

Took me a while to find out what the GT10.1 was but I did.
So all of your picks support vid calls?
If you had to choose one of the three, it'd be ______?

I would honestly still get a Xoom. I think it's the best overall tablet right now.

EDIT: That website has the Galaxy Tab 10.1 listed with a 3MP rear facing camera. That's incorrect. It has a 5MP just like the rest of them.
