Best video chat app ?

Looking for ideas on video chat / conferencing apps with the following criteria:

- has BOTH Android tablet and windows PC version so I can video conference between my tablet and a windows based desktop PC

- freeware (and free to use for non-commercial use)

- an app that is proven reliable and not glitchy

The only one I've tried has been Skype... I've always found it to be OK!

Google hangouts works too. As long as everyone is logged into Google it will work on windows, tablets and phones.

You can have a look at on premise R-HUB HD video conferencing servers for conducting video conferencing between tablet and windows based desktop PC. It is easy to use and works well on all platforms viz Windows, MAC, Android,iOS etc.

Google Meet is also good for this!
