best video talk aps

Looking for a video talk ap on my Verizon Dinc 2. I am not rooted so Google Talk isn't an option yet. I do have Gingerbread. I have read vtok and tango are options. Will either work if one person is overseas either on GSM or WiFi? Thoughts?

Get the hacked version of skype. It works perfectly on my dinc2. No root, and i have gingerbread. The skype will work on 3g and wifi. Lemme see if i can find a link for you. just make sure to delete skype off your phone (not the preloaded verizon skype) but just in case you downloaded the other version of skype from the market. IT HAS AWESOME VIDEO
