    Hey people,

What is the best / your favourite weather app for the HTC Desire and why?

I am looking for something that will give me weather information wherever I go based on my location but I will take a look at any weather app that is good.

So what one do you think is the best & offers most features??

I simply haven't found anything pretty enough. I do use Beatiful widgets with a weather / clock widget.

I'd like a full screen widget with animations and accuracy. Ive looked around a lot. Nothing is perfect. Its all a let down.

That's exactly what I have found, The Weather Channel and WeatherBug are ok but they are not great and they have ads unless you pay so not impressed really

I tried Go weather and live wallpapers. Some lagged my phone big time too.

There was a nice one called "Animated weather" or something. I cant find it now, but it was an app not a widget. Not sure about accuracy either.

Snowstorm for me. I like the skins and the whole look of it even though accuracy is questionable.

I like the standard Google one, but then it fits my homescreen setup well. Animations don't interest me much, I prefer the minimal stylized look.

My favorite is RegenDetector. It shows among others the rain forecast for daily or each 3 hours period with a great accuracy. :)
Only available in Holland and Belgium.

Ive tried few weather apps so far and to be honest none have impressed me. One I currently use now ties in with the theme Im using on my phone. It's called "magicbytes" and I have to say It's probably the best one Ive had so far

The in-built Sense weather app is the best. Go Weather tries to be like it with more options, but ends up slowing the phone down and I noticed a significant decrease in battery life.

I also use Snowstorm - widget options suit me, and like the longer range forecast at a touch. Accuracy seems no better or worse than most to me.
