Not surprising on the difficulties getting components - we're experiencing the same thing in my industry - I'm a buyer for a tech company and many of the Asian manufacturers did steep cutbacks during the slowdown in the economy and it's taking longer to get back up to full production and getting more workers.

We're seeing lead times for some board components of up to six to nine months.

I'm so frustrated because I ordered the Inc from Amazon on May 3, and it had an estimated delivery date of May 17-18. Just got an email this morning saying they need to change the estimated delivery date to June 3-17!! Agh! I have the microsd card, screen protector, and no phone :(

I prefer not getting my phone at best buy mobile because warranty there become a hassle. I've heard storied where people didnt have a phone for weeks because they take so long to get replacements for customers.
Just check all the negative stuff said about it in the droid forum
