Help Big file used as logo.png

Hi,

Please help me.

1. I successfully flashed my spica to 2.1 (JCE) using Odin.
2. Then I successfully flashed it using LkMod 2.5.1. But I changed logo.png of the .tar file with a 300+kb file. Now, it wouldn't boot.
4. I could not go to download mode anymore.
3. I brought the phone to the service center but the technician have no
idea on how to revive it. He said that he already tried to flash it with their
special tool but it still doesn't work.

I am hoping that someone here might have an idea on how to fix this issue.
