There are a couple threads here about adding birthdays from Google calendar. These helped, but not quite what I'm looking for.
In 1995 I had a calendar program on floppy disk called Almanac to track birthdays and anniversaries.
It displayed ages automatically, e.g., "Nancy's 44th birthday" on this year's March calendar, "Nancy's 45th birthday" on next year's March calendar.
Same for anniversaries, plus the traditional gift as a little added trivia, e.g., "Sam and Nancy's 3rd anniversary (paper)"
Any suggestions / recommendations for a similar calendar app (or Google calendar addition)?
