Nope, just the stock eye running on mine. OP must be replacing the stock eye.

Although I'm not a huge fan of the ROM itself, I think the boot animation on Rubix is the best I've seen yet as far as homemade ones. The Rubik's cube is pretty nicely rendered, and I'm pretty sure that guy made a bunch of other ones too over at WJDdesigns...or it might be WDJdesigns...I'm not sure.
