Block outgoing calls on certain contacts

Is there an app out there that will prompt me with an ' are you sure' before dialing certain contacts?
I have many contacts in my phone that I do not want to call as a normal practice. I only have them stored in my phone because facebook added them, or because I like to have them stored for caller purposes (call screening).
I HATE when I call one of those numbers on accident due to a fat-fingered dial. I called the CEO of my company rather than a friend recently. Pretty embarrassing.
I'd like to be prompted (or even have to enter a password) before I can call those "taboo" numbers.
Is it possible???

Thanks for the help. I have used this before and it's CLOSE to what I want. I want to set it so it only prompts me on specific contacts.
Any other thoughts??
