Blocking calls by 1st 6 digits of numbers

Android 10. I have had this Tracfone # for about 10 years. I am continually getting junk calls from numbers with the same 1st 6 digits as my number (Say mine is "222-456-XXXX, I keep getting the calls from other "222-456-etc." numbers.) Posts have said you can go into the block settings & select "block numbers that begin with" but mine does not seem to have that option. I see that I can "Block calls from unidentified callers", but I'm not sure if this will block legitimate 1st time calls. I've added "222456+" and "222456*" to the block list. Note that these cannot be added as "222-456" so I'm not sure this will work. Any suggestions?

Try youmail in the play store.
It has this option for blocking.
I use the free version and works very well.
