Help Blue Bar?

Can someone tell me what the blue bar in the picture is and how to get rid of it please? It showed up this morning after I did a Verizon system update.

Launcher: Nova Launcher

The app (widget) on the home screen is Chronus showing the clock and weather.

It's part of your Nova launcher's dock.....I would check your Nova settings.
