Bluetooth headset issues

On my Droid, I have used six different bluetooth devices; headsets, speakerphones, etc. All connect for the first 3 minutes then it dies and does not connect again. Is there a third party offering better headset support and or solution? From reading other posts and talking with a Verizon rep, the phone is just not good for bluetooth headsets until an upgrade can be made. Any third party solutions?

So the devices die right after connecting? More info on the specific devices would be helpful. I would have to agree with your statement about the droid and bluetooth. My friend has the droid and the majority of the time the headset doesn't want to pair up with the phone (he has the jawbone headset). I haven't had any issues with my Incredible and Jabra BT125.
