Help Bluetooth Headset

I have a Motorola S10 Bluetooth Headset. I used it with no problem with my HTC EVO. I now have the S4 and I can pair the device. It will connect the "phone" but not the media. The box is not grayed out and I try to select media with no luck. Anyone else run into this issue with a bluetooth device?

I just got the S4, but I had this problem with my Note 2. It usually happened when getting into my car, where the Note would pair to my stereo, before I turned on my BT earpiece. The Note would be paired to both devices, but only for music with the headset. Fix would be to either disconnect from both, and reconnect w/the headset, or unpair/re-pair to both.
