I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro which has worked excellently since purchase in February. My Epic 4G received the Gingerbread update and installed successfully. Unfortunately, it took out my bluetooth. Not only did I have to go thru a couple of additionally steps to discover & pair, but after doing this, I lose connection every few seconds. Connection goes in & out during use of phone or not. Been around the world & back, been to the Sprint store 4 times this week, spoken with 4 associates by phone & even called on Jesus a couple of times and the only solution they could give me is a "hard reset." I refuse to do another "hard rest." Just went through all of that with my 2nd Epic 4G. At this point, I'm fully prepared to bring some press to Sprint & Samsung. By the end of this year, I would have spent at least $2,500 between phones & monthly bill payments. DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! Just tried using my GPS feature & that's not working now either.
