Bluetooth makes HTC 10 crash (Android 7)

Hi,

My phone crashes most of the times when I activate my Bluetooth.
3 days ago my phone crashed so hard, it was reset to factory defaults!
I had crashes with Bluetooth before, but normally the phone restarts and there is no loss of system/data. This time I lost everything! Glad my photos are back upped automatically.

Anyone a idea what it could be?

It's certainly not normal or correct behaviour, BT causing a phone to crash and/or reset. Could be buggy firmware, see if there's any updates, or could actually be a fault? Is your HTC still under warranty?
