On the phone there are two checkboxes for BT connections - one for phone audio and one for media audio. Everything works fine between my phone and car...except that every time my phone and car connect it enables BOTH phone audio and media audio. I go in each time and uncheck the media option. Is there a way to make it ONLY connect the PHONE audio? I don't want to have to uncheck media audio every time so that I can hear navigation, etc over the phone.

I can do it on mine, but the option to disconnect is on my car stereo. What type of car stereo do you have?

Not sure, I just got the car...a 2011 Kia Forte. My previous car didn't support media over BT, so it wasn't an issue. The menu on the radio on has an option to turn BT on or off, not to only connect phone audio.
