bluetooth no sound when turned on during incoming call

Hi,

I have a samsung s3 and just upgrade to version andriod version 4.3. I have a bluetooth issue. At the time there is an incoming call, I turn on the bluetooth, it will paired and connected fine, but the sound doesn't go to the bluetooth but stay with the phone. I have to click the "bluetooth" button to disconnect it and click the button again to make the sound goes to blue tooth earphone.

I use this function when I am driving. It works fine before I upgrade the OS.

Any help will be really appreciated.

I'm not sure this will help.. but it's something to try. Tell your phone to forget the pairing between your auto and phone. Once it's been removed, have it pair again. This often repairs BT connections that have problems after an upgrade. I hope this helps.
