Root Bluetooth Problm...cant transfer or recieve

I cant transfer or recieve anything using the bluetooth....plz help me....tell me how to fix it....

You can't. The Behold II does not have full Bluetooth capabilities. Bluetooth on the Behold is merely a connectivity device (headphones, earplugs, etc.)
