Bluetooth stopping between songs

Hello,

I stream music from my Desire to a Parrot bluetooth car stereo. It all works nicely but if the gap between songs is too long the bluetooth turns off. The next song still looks like it's playing on the handset, but if i want it to play again over bluetooth i have to disconnect and reconnect again.

Has anyone else seen this? And solutions? Apart from editing all my MP3's to get rid of the dead air at the end of the songs!

There was a problem with drop outs if you dont turn off the wifi on the phone but that was more for songs coming and going rather than what you describe.....

Prob not connected but might be worth a shot...
