Help bluetooth tethering no connection

Hi

I've paired my redmi note 4 with my laptop, everything looks fine

(it's in french but I guess you figure out - it's written "access point" in the bluetooth settings of the control panel)
apparently it's working

But I'm not connected to internet
Here is what ipconfig gives me

Of course bluetooth tethering is turned on on my phone, and its wifi connection is working.
I also tried updating my bluetooth adapter's drivers.

Any idea?
