Apps Bluetooth transfer of Accelerometer parameters

Hello

I would like to ask you for direction or any kind of help, please.
I'm developing a simple app for Android, for my school, but unfortunately
I don't have much experience with android programming. I need to create an app that acquires accelerometer parameters and transfers them via bluetooth to pc, to a, i guess, server app, and display it. I've created an app for the phone (client app), that displays those parameters, but I need some guidance or any kind of help for transfering that data via bluetooth to pc.
