Bluetooth voice dailing on Froyo

Hi there. I just purchased a Bluetooth headset for my phone. I notice that when I press the main button on the headset the phone asks me to say a command. How can I call a contact from my phone or dial a phone number? What else is possible over Bluetooth headsets?

Just say, call (contact name). Just make sure its in a quiet environment.

What about actually dialing a number? Are there other things than can be done through Bluetooth?
