I've had a pair of iJoy Logo bluetooth headphones for a couple of months, and they've worked fine up until the past week or so. Whenever I'm watching a video on YouTube the video will play fine for awhile, and then the audio will start cutting in and out and fall out of sync with the video. Turning the headphones off and on will solve the problem momentarily, but it will happen again and again. It seems to only be the bluetooth headphones that has this problem--I tried a wired pair without problems. It also only seems to be a problem with YouTube--I can play videos on my phone's video player, or play various audio podcasts just fine. And it's not just the YouTube app, either; when I try to watch videos on the YouTube mobile site, I have the same troubles. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? Perhaps some settings that i need to change?

UPDATE: Spoke too soon. Shortly after typing this, a podcast i was listening too on the Castbox app stated doing the same thing, audio cutting in and out.

/moved to the Android Help forum as this may not be specific to your device. :) ....and for more eyes on the issue.

Anyhoo, seems to me like your bluetooth connection may be wonky. I don't suppose you have another pair of BT headphones to try? If not, what about a BT speaker to connect to, to see if the issue continues?

You might try to forget the BT pairing with your headphones and then pair anew. Easy to try and sometimes a fix. Good luck

Definitely try another Bluetooth headphone or speaker.

I had a cheapo Bluetooth speaker once, and the sound would go out of sync with videos, and also the sound would change pitch and wow sometimes, just like a bad cassette. Probably because the clock oscillator in it wasn't very stable.

Sorry i haven't checked back in awhile.

I only have one pair of BT headphones, who I can't try another with my phone,

The problem happens off and on, and it will work fine for a few days, but then there will be a day or two where the problem crops up. In the past couple of days I've discovered something strange. I noticed that when the freezing/stuttering starts to occur, it always seems to be when I have my WiFi turned on. If I pause the video or podcast, then turn off WiFi, the video or podcast will play just fine. One might think that the problem isn't with the headphones then, but with my WiFi connection; the thing is that the problem DOESN'T occur with my wired headphones even when WiFi is turned on, ONLY the BT ones. Also, I always listen to podcasts offline, so a bad WiFi connection shouldn't be a problem. Also strange is that, as far as I know, WiFi and Bluetooth have nothing to do with each other, so not sure why the BT headphones would give me trouble only when I have WiFi turned on.

Got a new pair of Bluetooth headphone because the cheap plastic on the last pair broke. An entirely different brand (MPOW), and I'm encountering the same problem.
