Bluish red blinking notification light?

I have an almost constant bluish red blinking notification light and I have no idea what it is for. Does anyone know what this is indicating?

My red light goes on when I am charging the phone or when there is low battery. My blue light flashes when I have an unread email or text message.

Bluish red blinking notification light on my Note2 is for when there is breaking news story on my "News Republic" app.

I get the bluish-red light too. It keeps on blinking at a high rate. I think it comes up whenever there are too many updates....hope there is nothing wrong with the light though..
